With over 10,000 square feet of repair center, Jackel Porter is dedicated in providing the best quality and most efficient service in the industry. Not only do we have the state-of-the-art facilities, we also have more than twenty well-trained experienced technicians to offer on-site assistance. We provide:

All our products are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before any of them are delivered to our clients, whether they are brand-new appliances or ones that were traded in from other customers. They are first placed in a treatment room to remove any possible insects residing within. Next, the dispensers are taken apart in the cleaning room and washed comprehensively with water and food-grade detergent. They will then be re-assembled and baked to dry before the products are sealed in with cellophane for storage and transport.
It is important to Jackel Porter that all our customers are drinking clean and healthy water. Therefore, we are more than happy to provide service and maintenance to your drink dispenser even if it were loaned or purchased from another distributor.
